It was quite a day for me as I had three events happening today!

 

In the morning, we first went to the ICA building to collect my mother's new passport (collection is VERY fast now!), then we had breakfast over at Chinatown market and lastly, my brother and I went to the Overseas Development Programme (China) talk which was held at Civil Service College. It was about recruitment of a new batch of public officers to be earmarked to work on China-related issues. I am still harbouring tidbits of the Shanghai dream in me! hahaha At the talk, we met up with Renzhi, Wilfred and Janice too! Just felt like I am back in NOC Shanghai man.. hiAkz

 

After the ODP talk, I then made my way to the iLEAD program talk by Prof Kau over at NOC's new office! Intended to chat up with Prof Kau but did not have the time to do so. Next time perhaps! Then my brother, Wenyou and I went back to the business school and had a cuppa and talked about some stuff regarding work, investments and the future.

 

For dinner, went to Dhoby Ghaut (again & again & again..) to eat at the foodcourt and the chilled out over at Starbucks. Had my usual order of fresh brewed coffee (cos it's the cheapest) and a serving of hazelnut roll. Still, we buddies had some heart to heart talk and we really had a great time doing that.
